Not seeing full set of Android Tools in menu?

I've just begun doing some android development and am currently using Ultimate EAP 14 138.2210.
I noticed that under Tools Android I only have two tools listed, but various tuturials and older screen shots mention a lot more tools available. In the attached screen shot you'll see I only have Navigation Editor, and 'Enable ADB Integration."
Yet other examples show a lot more avilable http://blog.jetbrains.com/idea/2012/03/launching-android-tools-right-from-intellij-idea/  that I don't have.

Do I have something set up wrong?
