VMOptions in IntelliJ 15

I'm trying to set Java VM options in IntelliJ 15, specifically "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=false". Changes in both "Contents/Info.plist" and "Contents/bin/idea.vmoptions" seams to be ignored. Any ideas?

Please see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/entries/23395793 . Make sure to make a copy under config folder and edit the copy instead.
