Disable Reformat for whole file
Hello!
I would like to disable the "Reformat file" and instead just reformat my selected parts if possible.
That is working fine if I select parts. Is there also a way to reformat all changed parts?

Just don't invoke that action?!
There is a action with shortcut ctrl-alt-shift-L which brings up a dialog prior to reformatting.
In that dialog you can choose Scope "Only VCS changed text".
That is what I am looking for. But I don't see that dialog.
Maybe I selected to remember my decision. How can I change it?
Best way to search for an action:
Ctrl-Shift-A, then type "reformat".
Or go settings -> keymap and search there.
