HTTP client: Disable "Run All Requests in File" button?

Hi all,

The “Run All Requests In File” button can be quite dangerous, if you use in-place or environment variables and have a production environment configured. Is there any way to disable that button before accidents happen, e.g. by throwing an annotation-comment (like the //@no-cookie-jar one) into the file?
