Color coded scopes in Project view?

I am using the latest EAP version and I think I saw that the project view was showing currect scope (e.g package, module, etc) in a different color but now it has just disappeard! Am I right that such a feature exists or I was imagening things :D, If I am right, how can I enable it again.
