Rendering problems with the new Navigation Bar in IDEA 11 EAP

I'm experiencing a number of rendering issues with the new navigation bar in build 110.87 mentioned in the IDEA blog. In many cases, text from my current editor tab is being rendered on top of the nav bar.

Should I open a YouTrack issue for this? Or is it a know issue at this point given that its a new feature and the kinks may still need to be worked out.
