Works fine for me from here. Note that download.jetbrains.com is hosted on
the Limelight CDN, so it's fairly unlikely to be down (much less permanently).

it's down. what's happening? is it permament? when will it work again?

hm... download.jetbrains.com redirects me to http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/ and i get there 404. I'm from Poland if there is some redirection by localization.

I'm trying to generate java code form wsdl. I choose jax-ws and it prompts me about missing jar files and then it tries to connect to this address and download those jars.
But i get 404 when i try to open this page in browser. In IntelliJ it just hungs on Connecting... for couple of minutes.

Sorry for bothering you... there was a problem with my proxy settings. Problem solved x]
