Any way to backup my projects?

I have several projects that I want to be backed up on maybe a flash drive so incase something happens, I have it. I know you can copy the project but is there a way to do that and copy the project settings with it too? Everytime I I put a copy of a project on my computer it doesn't have the project settings that come with it. Its annoying setting it up over and over again.
