Error launching Intellij Platform - Error invoking main method

I have IntelliJ IDEA and other JetBrains products installed and they worked great (PyCharm, Android Studio, Clion, WebStorm) till today, now I just get opening message:

Error launching Intellij Platform - Error invoking main method

I have installed:

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_25
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_25

and JAVA_HOME is pointing to jdk.

Please help I need IntelliJ Idea or Android Studio back ASAP.

Hello, 
   I have exactly same issue with android studio, when fresh install the android studio for windows 10 (64), can you please tell how to resolve this issue?
I have also installed jdk and jre and JAVA_HOME environment variable also pointing to the correct location for jdk.
My machine is asus fx505DD with Ryzen 5.

I followed below solutions but nothing works for me:

What is the full error if you run it from the command line?

.vmoptions file may be invalid, try removing the config directory: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544519.

I am installing in laptop with fresh copy of android studio, and there no error on console but dialog appears with the "error invoking main  method" while launching from command line.

Can you run https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/nextversion/ instead of Android Studio? Does it also fail?
