Breakpoints not working in 90.122

Hi,
I noticed that breakpoints do not work in a Java project when I startup the application after I set the breakpoints.

1. I opened a Java file and added a new breakpoint
2. I started the application (Java applet) but the breakpoint was not checked. The application does not stop at the breakpoint.
3. While the application is running I can add a new breakpoint which will be properly marked.

Do other see this in 90.122 as well?
