Ruby plugin breaks Idea 8.1.2

Hello Sebastian,

I have deleted my idea Library folder and freshly installed idea
8.1.2. It starts fine. After this I have installed the ruby plugin
from the setting page and idea stops starting up. It hangs when
showing the splash screen.

Unfortunately on some configurations the latest version of the Ruby plugin
can indeed cause a deadlock on startup. This will be fixed in the next plugin
update, which we'll release this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
