If I do Help -> Check For Update
The Update Info shows a new EAP.
I then click More Info to read the release notes, a browser opens but the Update Info has closed!
I would expect the Update Info to stay open so that after I have read the release notes I can click the button to install the patch.
P.S The patches are much better than having to download a whole installation

There is again no patch available for updating from 9815 to 9821. :( You're
making it unnecessary hard to test the latest and greatest.
