After create android project - AndroidManifest.xml file not found

Hi
I using simple project without Ant, Maven or Gradle and after building, get punch with this message "Error:Android Source Generator: [PickerAndroid] AndroidManifest.xml file not found".

Why AndroidManifest.xml is not automaticaly generated?

I try create that Application module or Empty module or Library module...

Gradle is for my simple project very slowly and useless.

Please try to check it with IDEA 13.1.3 EAP: http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+13.1+EAP.
If the issue still occurs please attach idea.log ("Help - Show Log in ...").

Thanks, I do not know what happened, but it works in current version 13.1.2
