Ant build icon/Tool Window

I restarted IDEA and it magically reappeared. Hmm.....

Before I file a bug report, I'm going to hunt around, but just when I was
going to do an Ant build using #8733, I discovered the Ant Build icon
normally on the right side is gone. It's also not an option on the Window
| Tool Windows top menu.
