Invalid item in the dependencies list?

I've been following the instructions to checkout and build the community edition..

But I keep getting hundreds of error messages saying "Invalid item ____ in the dependencies list"

Does anyone know what it might mean?

Can you give some examples of these invalid items?

Hi Yann, I took a screen shot of the errors shown.. all I did was open the project and configured a SDK and added jdk/lib/tools.jar to the classPath

But all these errors are showing up.. ?:|

The two errors shown on the screenshot are caused by dependencies on non-community modules which were added by mistake. I've removed these
dependencies. The warning about circular dependencies can be ignored.
