Unable to Edit Global Code Style -> Imports -> Import Layout

Hello Matthew,

I am seeing an odd problem. When I attempt to edit or add a new
package name to the global code style -> imports -> import layout I
breifly see the field become editable. For a split second I see the
cursor and then the field acts as if the return key has been entered
thus switching out of edit mode. Due to this I am only able to get
maybe a single character added. If I type really really slow I can get
maybe a single word but it eventually will just delete what I have
added. Very strange behavior and somewhat hard to describe.

Has anyone else seen this?

OS X 1.5.4
JDK 1.5.0_13
IDEA 7.0.3 as well as EAP #8650
