Is EAP site down? How can I get 7.0.3 version then?

I figured out from previous threads by guessing the name and it is a public download.

I can not get to: http://www.intellij.net/eap . Got some Tomcat
exception. I need this 7.0.3 for Flex development pretty urgent, is
any way for me to download a copy of it?
