old issue in the ITN tracker, which is currently not used and indeed not

good question : i don't know why but it popped up in the top of the forum (and in rss feeds too).
Didn't check the date when replying, but i noticed it happened for some other posts too (and a thread was created asking why old posts were brought to top suddenly)
