No, I installed 6913 yesterday and the key was automatically taken from my official 6.0 installation, so I had to set the EAP key in order to made some comparison between the two version.

Remove idea60.key from the config folder. You'll be asked for a new license key upon restart. There shall be "evaluate for 30 days" option. Those 30 days will be renewed with each subsequent EAP builds.
