#5581: Gutter is missing for cast redundant

Is the tooltip warning present?

I have been having this problem that sometimes the tooltip warning is present, but ALT+ENTER doesn't give me the quickfix. I hadn't noticed if the warning was missing from the gutter also. I'll check for that next time.

The warning was presented by greying the text but gutter and tooltip are
not presented.
