Application server libraries lost after restart
This is happening consistently to me with build #5561. From Settings -> Project Roots I add a new Application server library which contains the relevant JAR's for my app server. All seems well at this point. When I shutdown IDEA, my application server libraries are missing when next I launch IDEA.
Is this a known issue? Is it happening to anyone else?
I am running IDEA on Solaris x86.

Hello Matthew,
You should use Settings | Applications Servers | "Add" in order to add a
new application server.
I think I was attempting to add the app server in the manner I described, as I was used to doing it via the modules settings in 5.1. There you have access to Application Servers via a pulldown and the configure button. I admit I am still getting used to Project Roots after just jumping on the EAP bandwagon this time around.
Since the UI allows you to add Application server libraries from the project roots settings, is this not still a bug?

Hello Matthew,
I think UI should not allow to add or remove Application server libraries.
Please file a Jira request for this problem.
Done. Thanks a lot.
