Multiple changelists (again)

Hello Michael,

Perforce changelists and IDEA own changelist aren't currently synchronized.
We're planning to implement this in a nearest future.

Meanwhile you're to using embedded changelists (see Changes toolwindow) or
commit using original Perforce client.

So I currently have two Perforce changelists open and I want to commit
one of them. Once upon a time, this was quite straightforward. How do
I do it now?
