It seems to pick up only my Default change from Perforce.

That's also true since we do support changelists for the version controls
that do not support changelists originally like CVS and SVN. On the other
hand we try to mimic as much as possible to Perforce changelists when actual
commit is performed. I.e. when all the changes from the IDEA version of changelist
belong to certain Perforce changelist it will be the one commited. The only
actual problem arises when changes are distributed among several Perforce
changelists and we're to create a new one at commit time and move the changes
there to make sure we still do atomic commits.

How about one changelist spanning several VCS? 2PC protocol for atomicity of commit/rollback :)?
