IntelliJ 10.0 "scroll from source" with windows split vertically
In IntelliJ 10.0, when I split my windows vertically, only one of the windows is able to scroll from source in the project panel. Where is the setting to change this behavior?

In the Project Window there is a grey Gear/Cog icon dropdown button, the top right, try the AutoScrollFromSource?
Autoscroll from source works, but that doesn't change the fact that scroll to source on an as needed basis is still broken when the windows are split. This is still a problem in 11.0.
I would also to like to see this bug fixed.
It worked correct in 9, but has been broken ever since 10.0.
