How do I get this constructor tool tip to appear?

What is the magic keyboard sequence to get the constructor tool tip to reappear once it has disappeared?

P.S. For methods I use control Q.

It seems you want control-p: view parameter info.

FYI: There is also a setting to set if (and how quickly) the parameter info pop-up shows automatically.

  1. File > Settings (or Ctrl+Alt+S) > IDE Settings > Editor > Code Completion
  2. Parameter Info panel


You can also set if full signatures show (which will include the method name ad the return type.)
