Ctrl+Shift+V, Number?

I am using CtrlShiftV a lot.

Usually I don't hit the 10 buffer line, probably mostly 3-5.

I am thinking, may be after CtrlShiftV, when the dialog shows up, the
user can also press 0 to 9 to avoid pressing the down arrow several times.

Probably a very easy feature to implement.

I would appreciate any comments before I put that in a JIRA item (unless
there is already one and I missed it :( )
