Stab language support

Hello Dmitry,

The R# codebase is written in C#, not Java, and has a totally different architecture,
so there is nothing we could reuse. And we don't have any plans to develop
a new plugin for it either; the only chance to see it in IDEA is a community
developed plugin.

Any chance to see this language (actually C#) in IDEA? Since JB
already have ReSharper (C# language syntax parsing and analysis) it
can be reused to add Stab language to IDEA.
