It seems that it breaks the first time you try to bring them up, but if you cancel out and bring the Settings dialog again then they display just fine. Weird :)

Or run IDEA with JDK 5. It seems the junit plugin is conveniently compiled with JDK 5, which means that unless IDEA is started in JDK 5 you're going to get exceptions and problems.
Whom ever built junit plugin should really change the module settings to JDK 1.4.
