Mac Menu Corruption (3354)
I have seen, on two occaisions, after running IDEA for a long period (such as overnight). The menu gets corrupted and the "Quit" option gets disabled.
It's kind of important to be able to Quit, no matter what.

What OS version you're running?
As the matter of fact it's a known problem on 10.3.x, which is fixed in 10.4.
It is mentioned in java 1.4.2_07 release notes.
