ALT + insert (generate)in editor doesn't show constructor option
I would like to genererate constructor when the menu I get from ALT + insert. But I don't see the constructor option.

Constuctor option should show up if caret stands within a class, unless this class already has a constuctor. Can you provide a code snippet or screenshot?
