3316 - still bad cursor placement

It's a bit dissapointing that 3316 doesn't fix the cursor placement
regression in Java and XML, both when pressing End in an empty line
and when pressing Enter.

While you're at it, you might want to check on OS X where the cursor
just disappears after using an intention or reformatting code.

Yes, behaves the same on 1.4 I checked.
