IDEA / WebStorm Product Question

If I were to purchase IDEA (ultimate) would there be a need for WebStorm?

Would I be missing anything? For example, are there WebStorm specific plugins that aren't available in IDEA (e.g. the webOS plugin is important to me).

WebStorm has easier project configuration and its UI is cleaner because it doesn't have the unrelated features in the menu. Otherwise, there are no advantages over IDEA Ultimate. webOS plug-in is available for IDEA as well: http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?idea&id=5867.
