Tab Split Icons still reversed in 3229

It's not fair, but there it is.

Why is it not fair?

Invoking an editor option and the editor doing the exactly opposite of what
it should is one of those stupid details that detract from developing with
pleasure (Jetbrains TM).

IMO it's perfectly fair thinking a company that does not take care of easy
details like this (especially after having had their attention called to
it several times) is stupid.

Just missed we're talking about actions on editor tab, not main menu actions.

Just so it doesn't drop on the floor, I'll note that the "Split
Vertically" and "Split Horizontally" icons are still reversed in the
editor-tab right-click menu in 3229. The icons are correct in the
top-level Window menum. If you do absolutely everything else right in
the Irida release, shipping amazing functionality and usability,
failing to fix this bug will still make JetBrains look really, really,
really stupid. It's not fair, but there it is.
