IG and IPP changes in next Irida EAP

Just to give people a heads-up, I've just posted a large number of changes to the InspectionGadgets and IntentionPowerPack source trees, which should be visible in the next Irida EAP. Changes include:

-Approximately forty new inspections and a couple of new intentions (I won't spoil the surprise by listing them)
-Removal of IPP configuration panel, as it's functionality is now better accomplished by the spiffy new Intentions configuration panel.
-Cleanup of IPP to properly use the new Intentions control panel.
--Four months or so worth of bug fixes, new inspection configuration options, refactorings, and general polishing.

Due to the length of time these have been percolating on my hard-drive, they shoudld be pretty stable, but this is an EAP release, so some bugs are inevitable. As always, let me know if there are any issues with these changes, preferrably with a Tracker item. Thanks for your patience.
