What happened to "Move to Opposite Tab Group"?

Please bring that back! Also, in 4.5.2 if you said "Split Tab Group
Vertically" it made side-by-side tab groups. Now if you say "Split
Vertically" it makes one-above-the-other tab groups. Let's keep it
consistent.
