libs in the template project

Allowing me to define a default project structure, so that I can include a test and lib dir (beyond src and classes) would be great.

Allowing me to select project templates that include the structure and the settings (my web template would automatically include a set of global libraries, for example, and wouldn't need to ask me about setting up web.xml, etc.

Clearly a nice to have, but useful for getting a weekend project up and running.
