How to package AIR application?

Is there any analogous feature to the Flex Builder's, to sign and create the .air file from project?

I've downloaded EAP 95.24. Should this have the AIR installer file build capability?

If so, where in the menu hierarchy is it?

This will be extremely valuable!

Tools | Flex | Package AIR Installation File.

By the way you can easily find any action in IDEA by pressing Ctrl+Shift+A (or clicking Search | Find Action...)
