Exception during UI designer palette configuration / proxy trouble
Hello JetBrains!
1. Exception (see the attached screenshot) is generated when I try to add group/components to UI Designer palette.
2. I'm sorry for attachment, but I'm not able to send exception report to JetBrains using IDEA. I'm connected through the proxy and I cannot confirm proxy login dialog. Missing "OK" button. Enter key does not work (see the screenshot too).

Exception is occured only when configuring palette and adding component (choose class of component). Project must be closed.
