Xerces version included in intellij

What xerces version is included in IntelliJ? Some old version?

I came across this bug: http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-532?page=all when validating a schema with more the 11 namespaces.

How can i change the xerces version intellij is using? And will a newer version be included in intellij?
