Why don't I see the icons to collapse blocks of code sometimes?

Hello Thai,

The folding markers are shown by default only for classes and methods, not
for every 'if' or 'for' statement inside a method. You can fold an arbitrary
block of code using Ctrl-. keyboard shortcut.

Is it because my file is too big?
