Open Ultimate Projects in Community Edition

Yes. They will probably get notifications about unknown facet types when
they open the project, but they can ignore them and use all the Community
Edition features normally.

We have some non-development staff (Operations, Webmasters, Sysadmins)
who occasionally need to look at our Spring based application.  The
amount of editing they would do is seldom to minimal and would only be
using basic Java editing features of Idea.

Would they be able to use the community edition to browse the java
source?
