hmmm, did a search for that in google it comes out with whole lot of russian related pages ship names .. places .. hotel's .. "Pallada" wonder what does that mean we have a similar spelled word in (dont know how the russian word is pronounced) "Tamil" which means "Feeding bottle" :D

There seems to be a ship called "Pallada" that's a sister ship of "Avrora" (perhaps that's the same as "Aurora").
Or maybe it's really "PallADA" and it means IDEA will finally support programming in ADA. One can only hope.
That reference's version of Pallas is much different than the one from http://www.goddessgift.com/goddess-myths/greek_goddess_athena.htm I like the one about the childhood friends much better. The Greek legends often had different characters with the same or similar names, and they often got jumbled together over the years. It's not unusual that Athena is linked to two different characters named Pallas.

Pallada seems to be a russian ship name -- the same theme as all previous EAP names :)
If you look at the planned-for search item in the tracker, you'll also find Pandora and Stella. Neither one has any request planned for it.
