Quick Javadoc not working properly in 1108

If you get a chance, please post a link to the tracker you create for this.

I would like to add that the "Fetching javadoc..." operation appears to block, which can be very annoying. And then if the operation fails, a modal warning dialog pops up, which cancels the code-complete pop-up, which is also very annoying.
