1104 - CVS unedit - strange behavior

I've noticed that CVS unedit seems strange. If I
CVS edit a file and immediately CVS unedit it, the
IDE goes through a complete file synchronization which
takes quite a while. All the while the CVS dialog is
up. When it finally finishes, the file is now unedited
but shows as changed in the project view. A CVS update
will then display "file is up to date" and the color
in the project view changes back to unmodified. Anyone
else seeing this behavior?
