FYI this has been a problem in at least the last couple of EAP builds
I've used. It's really annoying so I've had to turn off auto-Javadoc
popups.

Where's your attachment?

Nick.

It happens when it tries to place the javadoc below the method list but doesn't have room. A short-term fix is to scroll the line of code up high on the screen before having the poppers pop up.

It's a known problem and it's marked as Stopship in the tracker so it will
be fixed before release.
