1108 : javadoc obscured by method list auto-popup

it doesnt happen all the time, but the javadoc should be placed apprpriately.

FYI this has been a problem in at least the last couple of EAP builds
I've used. It's really annoying so I've had to turn off auto-Javadoc
popups.

It's a known problem and it's marked as Stopship in the tracker so it will
be fixed before release.
