Navigating to declarations with latest Diana build

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed that navigating to declarations using the latest Diana build with ctrl+b is not very accurate? Well at least it is not as accurate as previous builds.

I find myself a lot of times 10+ lines away from where it should actually take me. I have done a fresh install removing the cache and plugins and I still see this.

I've seen this as well.

Actually this issue I filed could have the same root cause:

Please try the next EAP when it's available - we've made some fixes for this
issue.
