Well I guess guest-voting is based on IP-addresses. If you are on a NATed network, and someone else from JetBrains has already voted, the public IP address has already been used.
As I'm at home on a dial-up with dynamic IP addresses, I can vote for you :)
I should be stupid but I failed to figure out how to vote on this page.
Could anyone help me?
