default keymap as file needed because of german Default_de keymap

I could not imagine an easy way of fetching such a file from IDEA
installation (although we have such an xml file internally and I can send it
to you).
But why cannot you just go through the list of shortcuts in Options |
Keymaps dialog?

In order to create a general default_de keymap it is IMO easier to work on a file, where i could search for characters that will make problems with a german keyboard. Even the strokes/commands that i do not use will be found quickly.

Do you (JetBrains) have any plans of creating default keymaps for other keyboard layout then _us?
