Tooltips while debugging

Hi.

It seems that hovering above a variable doesn't pop a tooltip with the value
anymore.

All I can find in settings is "Value Tooltips delay" in Project Settings |
Debugger and I set it to 100.

Am I missing something or is this actually a bug / caused by a plugin?

Same behaviour here. It seems you should post a bug in the tracker.
